This policy applies to the hotel staff apps IDVerifyX and eSignX, and the KYC Gateway console at kyc.hoteliax.com, operated by AV Techno Sol LLP (“we”). Contact: info@avtechnosol.com, Ahmedabad, India.
When hotel staff use IDVerifyX we may process: identity-document images, a face photo for verification, barcode/session identifiers, property and marketplace connection details, and device information needed to run the app. When staff use eSignX we may process a guest signature image and stay/session identifiers. The console may store operator name, email, company, and audit logs of KYC activity.
Data is used only to complete guest identity verification or policy e-sign for the hotel’s property management system, to operate the gateway, to secure accounts, and to meet legal obligations. We do not show ads in these apps and we do not sell personal data.
Results are sent to the hotel’s connected PMS and KYC engine as required to complete check-in. Hosting and processing run on our infrastructure and trusted processors. We share data when the law requires it.
Traffic uses HTTPS. Images and verification records are retained only as long as needed for the hotel’s KYC/check-in process and applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
Guests and hotels may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing info@avtechnosol.com. Staff apps are intended for adults (18+) acting for a hotel; they are not directed at children.
